Brand Marketing Director
You will be responsible for driving the brand, content, and go-to-market strategy that positions Berger as a key player in the industry. In this role, which combines vision, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, you will play a pivotal role in digital transformation, sales support, and the leadership of a dedicated marketing team. This is a hybrid position, combining regular presence at the Saint-Modeste head office with remote work.


JOB SUMMARY:
• Define and ensure the implementation of an engaging content strategy to increase brand awareness and support the company’s positioning in the North American and Latin American markets;
• Work closely with product and segment teams to translate business objectives into effective and measurable marketing campaigns;
• Orchestrate go-to-market plans for new offerings by leveraging market analysis to identify the best growth opportunities;
• Develop impactful marketing tools to support sales, shorten the buying cycle, and improve conversion rates;
• Actively contribute to the digital transformation by serving as an ambassador to encourage internal buy-in;
• Act as a key partner to the product, sales, and customer service teams to translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies;
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market plans while strengthening cross-functional collaboration across the organization;
• Ensure rigorous management of human and budgetary resources, aligned with performance objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing, including at least 5 years in a team management role;
• Proven experience in creating and deploying comprehensive sales support programs;
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
• Knowledge of Spanish (an asset);
• Ability to travel within Canada and internationally, primarily to the United States and Latin America;
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
• Ability to mobilize, strong strategic vision, and analytical mindset.
