Project Manager

Artemis Recruitment is excited about assisting a growing SME specializing in IT consulting and software implementation. We are seeking a key project manager to ensure the success of our initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic individual focused on results and passionate about project management in the technology sector.

Location: Downtown Montreal

Salary Range: 100k-120k

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Managing project execution while adhering to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Collaborating with project staff to swiftly resolve issues.
• Monitoring project stages and deliverables to ensure quality.
• Developing and updating IT project plans including objectives, technologies, systems, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Evaluating and managing risks with mitigation strategies.
• Assessing team performance and managing associated documentation.
• Negotiating with stakeholders and suppliers for necessary resources.
• Preparing biweekly billing reports.
• Ensuring smooth transition of new contracts to delivery team.
• Training delivery team on project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Agile or Scrum certification strongly preferred.
• 7 years of combined experience in IT project management and client support/client-facing roles.
• Advanced bilingual proficiency.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management industry is a plus.
• Enjoys working with dynamic teams in a growth-oriented environment.
