We are looking for a heavy truck and trailer mechanic for a full-time permanent position. If you are motivated, competent and looking for a stable opportunity with advantageous conditions, we want to meet you!

🔹 Your main responsibilities:

✅ Inspect and repair heavy vehicles in the workshop or on site, following pre-established maintenance programs
✅ Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical defects and carry out the necessary repairs
✅ Perform general and preventive maintenance on heavy vehicles
✅ Use diagnostic software to identify and resolve breakdowns
✅ Read and interpret technical manuals and software to ensure accurate repairs
✅ Perform welding tasks as needed
✅ Complete work orders in accordance with company procedures
✅ Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times time

🎯 Profile sought:

🔹 Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position
🔹 Training: DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics or any other relevant training
🔹 Technical skills:
✔️ General knowledge of electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics
✔️ Proficiency in diagnostic software
✔️ Ability to use a welder and torches
✔️ Knowledge of SAAQ standards
✔️ Basic computer skills

🔹 Additional assets:
➕ Class 5 driver's license>
➕ Experience in equipment operation: overhead crane, hoist, forklift, platform
➕ Certification for handling refrigerant gases
➕ ASP Certificate – Health and Safety on Construction Sites

🔹 Personal skills:
✔️ Good physical endurance and ability to lift and transport loads
✔️ Team spirit, rigor and compliance with safety standards
✔️ Autonomy and ability to work under pressure
