In an organizational transformation context, where digital innovation and process optimization are at the heart of our evolution, we are looking for a Large-scale IT Program Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives. Reporting to the deputy management, you ensure both organizational and operational leadership. You support the overall vision of the City’s digital transformation and take charge of the planning, orchestration, and integrated governance of interdependent, high-criticality projects. You also play a transversal governance role and ensure the coordination of IT and business project managers involved in various programs.
You navigate complex environments, influence at the executive level, and ensure the delivery of measurable and sustainable benefits both technologically and organizationally.
You assess and recommend the human, material, and financial resource needs required for the smooth running of the activities under your charge and manage the budgets allocated to you. You submit detailed reports and are called upon to make presentations regarding the activities for which you are responsible.
Results-oriented, you guide, direct, and supervise the members of the program team under your charge in achieving their respective mandates, determine the overall order of priorities, define objectives, and communicate your expectations.
