Your team

Our validation center uses innovative and scalable methods and relies on a team of dedicated individuals. Over 800 physical tests and validations are conducted each year, ensuring our clients receive reliable, cutting-edge products.

Mission

Working closely with the validation center team and the product development teams, the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for testing and analyzing various products used in off-road vehicle mobility. Their role will be to deliver clear and actionable results to the product development teams, with the support of the validation team.

What we need you for  

  • Characterize tested products and analyze results following field tests.
  • Monitor tests daily (field and simulator) and complete detailed reports with measurements and photos.
  • Collaborate closely with validation and development teams.
  • Strictly follow testing procedures to ensure safety and coordination.
  • Perform non-mechanical maintenance of test vehicles.
  • Test products on various off-road vehicles (agricultural and recreational).
  • Analyze internal components of products using various techniques (e.g., X-rays, ultrasound).
  • Present results to development teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation practices.

What do you need to possess for being successful? 

  • Availability from Monday to Friday, with occasional travel (including weekends and approximately 25% travel in North America).
  • High school diploma (or equivalent), valid Class 5 driver’s license, and ability to travel (valid passport required).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (training provided).
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in French and functional English to interact with colleagues and international partners.
  • Experience in customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and proactive.
  • Strong team spirit, critical thinking, and open-mindedness.
  • Calm nature and comfortable working outdoors (weather permitting).
  • Interest in heavy agricultural and construction vehicles (including driving heavy convoys).
