Metro’s floral department provides a variety of vibrant, fresh cut flower arrangements and seasonal house and garden plants to meet our customers’ needs. General Responsibilities:

• Receives direct deliveries, stocks and merchandises products
• Process floral orders for customers, including but not limited to pre orders.
• Makes floral arrangements for display and per customers’ requests
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Support with overall store operations including store opening and closing

General Qualifications

• Floral design certification is required
• Prior floral experience and product knowledge is required
• Customer service driven
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time and work under minimum supervision
• Must be available to work flexible shifts which may include nights, weekends and holidays
