Marketing and Communications Manager

Papillons Infrastructure Nature, a young company working in the environmental and electric mobility sectors, is dedicated to building material solutions to meet the challenges of tomorrow's world.

Papillons Infrastructure Nature is seeking to promote the position of Marketing and Communications Manager to support the development of its client base and the promotion of its activities and projects.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Management, the Marketing and Communications Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the organization's overall marketing strategy (with the Executive Committee), including defining targets, key messages, and distribution channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency (branding, tone, visual identity, messages).
  • Write, review, and oversee the production of internal and external communications, including newsletters, social media, and the website.
  • Manage media relations: write press releases, organize interviews, manage requests.
  • Develop communication tools: brochures, presentations, annual reports, newsletters, etc.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. (with external service provider)
  • Manage social media: publishing, community management, monitoring, and moderation.
  • Ensure SEO/SEM and the organization's web positioning.
  • Manage the marketing and communications budget, negotiate contracts, and monitor deadlines (with senior management)
  • Organize site launch events.
  • Conduct competitive and sector monitoring to identify trends, innovations, and opportunities.
  • Support internal teams with their communication needs.
  • Contribute to the design of documents for partners, donors, or clients.

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in marketing or communications;
  • Additional training in digital marketing, brand management, copywriting, or UX (an asset);
  • A combination of relevant training and experience may be considered;
  • Have three to five years of relevant experience in marketing and/or communications;
  • Proficiency with Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and social media;
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in CMS management (an asset);
  • Knowledge of the electromobility sector (an asset).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and Work with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to write quickly, synthesize and simplify;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Autonomy, sense of responsibility, good judgment, and resourcefulness;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French;
  • Oral and written English (an asset);
  • Position of a valid, unrestricted driver's license.

Conditions and Benefits

  • Salary: commensurate with experience
  • Start date: September 2025.
  • Contract type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Location: Offices in Mile-End and Telework.
  • Some meetings may require a physical presence at Papillons offices or in other municipalities, and you will be asked to attend various events across Quebec.
  • Mac computer provided with Adobe graphics suite and all other software required for the position.
  • Business phone provided.
