SENIOR REAL ESTATE / COMMERCIAL LAWYER

YOUR ROLE:

In your role, you will represent the interests of financial institutions, real estate investors, lenders, and real estate developers, including preparing real estate partnerships and financing arrangements while coordinating the development of real estate projects. You will participate in negotiations related to purchase offers, real estate leasing, development agreements, and construction contracts, while maintaining direct contact with clients. In addition to negotiation skills, the ideal candidate will need excellent drafting skills.

The incumbent will also be required to incorporate companies, prepare corporate documents related to financing, and draft shareholder or limited partnership agreements.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Member of the Quebec Bar
  • Bilingual French/English, both spoken and written
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Real Estate
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while rigorously meeting deadlines
  • Sense of initiative, organization, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and autonomy
  • Team spirit
  • Intellectual curiosity
