Account Manager - Personal Lines Sales

The Role
At Sharp Insurance, our unmatched lead generation sets our team up for success. We’re looking for ambitious, results-driven Account Managers who excel at closing deals and delivering exceptional service. Our sales team is made up of high-performing, self-motivated individuals who take pride in providing personalized insurance solutions and building lasting client relationships.
As an Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
• Delivering exceptional service by providing tailored insurance quotes and addressing client needs via phone, email, and occasional walk-ins.
• Building lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-ups.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell, helping clients find the right coverage for their needs.
• Collaborating with various insurance providers to secure the best solutions for clients.
• Navigating multiple software systems and portals to manage client data and ensure seamless service.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, policies, and best practices to bring added value to clients and the team.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals with the drive to succeed and a passion for helping clients. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License (required).
• 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products.
• Post-secondary education in commerce, marketing, business, or related fields (an asset).
• Call-center experience (an asset).
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) and Saturdays (10:00 AM–3:00 PM).

Location and Status
• Location: Calgary, AB
• Employment Status: Full-time (including weekend work as required).
• Work from home (Once fully proficient in the role)
