Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a person for an administrative assistant position, for a permanent full-time position.
Tasks to be performed:
- Greet clients and direct them to the course manager or according to their needs
- Filter emails
- Perform various tasks necessary for the smooth running of daily life
- Accounting (payroll, end of month, submission of DAS, tax report)
- Manage supplies and ensure the smooth running of the office
- Human Resources Assistant
