Communications and Human Resources Manager

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Communications and Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team and strengthen our strategies in both communication and talent management.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to senior management, you will play a key role in promoting our corporate culture and aligning our internal and external communications. You will also be responsible for overseeing human resources activities, mainly related to the employee experience.

COMMUNICATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement internal communications (intranet, newsletters, announcements, etc.)
  • Develop and promote COPAP and our employer brand across digital platforms (website, social media, job postings, etc.)
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement and mobilization initiatives
  • Support leadership in drafting strategic and organizational communications
  • Ensure consistent tone, style, and brand image across all communication channels
  • Create communication tools, templates, and content to support message delivery

HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the development and update of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees (communications, documentation, welcome)
  • Support the promotion and follow-up of recruitment processes
  • Develop and implement employee experience initiatives (recognition, wellness, internal surveys, etc.)
  • Provide occasional administrative support related to HR files

PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • More than 2 years of experience in internal/external communications and/or human resources
  • Degree in communications, public relations, HR, or a related field
  • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken (required)
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is an asset
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools and social media platforms
  • Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills
  • Collaborative mindset, autonomy, and sense of initiative
  • Interest in multicultural and international environments
