Yard Foreman
You’re in luck! We have the perfect position for you! We’re looking for a full-time Yard Foreman at our Baie-Sainte-Anne facility. Your leadership and your sense of responsibility make you the ideal person to supervise storage and loading activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring safety in the yard!


JOB SUMMARY:
• Optimize the efficiency and quality of loading and unloading;
• Manage the storage of inputs and notifies the people concerned;
• In charge of inventory turnover;
• Carry out inspection of the product;
• Check and count incoming goods;
• Maintain a healthy management of the person under your supervision.;
• Assist with training and communication to employees;
• Distribute the workload of his staff and ensures that production is carried out efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS :
• You have 2 years of experience in the field of loading and storage;
• You have experience in a management role and know how to show leadership;
• You have good teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
• You are able to prioritize and organize;
• You have good computer skills (Windows environment and the Office suite).
