Director of Finance

Our client is a dynamic professional accounting services firm

Its growth has led it to seek an experienced manager to lead a team of accounting professionals and

oversee the delivery of high-quality services to a diverse clientele.

Their multidisciplinary team supports businesses of all sizes in their
growth and financial success.

A brief overview of your role:

• Supervise and mentor a team of professional accountants
• Develop and implement operational strategies
• Ensure continuing education and professional development for the team
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
• Ensure the quality and compliance of client files
• Maintain privileged relationships with corporate clients

Your Profile:

• Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in good standing
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in professional accounting services
• Team management experience (5 years minimum)
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Caseware, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of the Accounting Suite Office
