Notre cliente est une entreprise américaine en croissance, qui opère dans le milieu des finances. Elle recherche, pour son bureau à Montréal, un.e parajuriste bilingue* en droit commercial.

* Équipe juridique humaine
* Proximité et accompagnement
* Salaire au-dessus du marché et beaux avantages
* Expérience en grand cabinet souhaitée, ou en entreprise

Vos responsabilités : 
  • Rédaction et modification de contrats commerciaux;
  • Participation à la négociation de contrats et soutien à leur exécution;
  • Analyser les contrats en collaboration avec les autres départements internes;
  • Travailler sur des dossiers de fusions & acquisitions, investissements, et toute autre transaction;
  • Apporter un soutien à l'équipe juridique interne et veiller au beau déroulement des activités du département.

Profil recherché :
  • Avoir complété un DEC en techniques juridiques, ou un bac en droit;
  • Maitriser le français et l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit;
  • Être parfaitement à l'aise avec les logiciels de la Suite Office;
  • Détenir un sens aigu du détail, et posséder de solides compétences interpersonnelles.
