Notre client, un cabinet d'avocats reconnu sur la scène internationale, recherche pour son bureau de Québec un.e parajuriste en droit corporatif et transactionnel pour rejoindre son équipe. Vous aimez l'action et vous impliquer dans les dossiers d'envergure, ce poste est pour vous!
Vos responsabilités :
- Rédiger les documents corporatifs relatifs aux transactions concernant des achats ou ventes d’entreprises et/ou d’actifs, aux planifications fiscales, aux transactions immobilières, etc. ;
- Préparer la documentation reliée aux constitutions, dissolution, fusion, continuation, modification des statuts, etc.;
- Effectuer les dépôts requis concernant la mise à jour annuelle des entités;
- Soutenir l'équipe lors de surplus de travail.
- Diplôme en Techniques juridiques;
- Expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Maitrise de la langue français, anglais atout;
- Excellente maîtrise de la Suite Office.
