Notre client, un cabinet boutique situé au centre-ville de Montréal, recherche un.e parajuriste en droit corporatif et transactionnel bilingue (afin de desservir une clientèle anglophone). Si vous désirez travailler sur des dossiers de transactions, financement commerciaux, réorganisations corporatives, etc., ce poste vous permettra de développer vos compétences et de bénéficier de mentors d'expérience dans le domaine.
* Poste ouvert aux parajuristes possédant une expérience pertinente en transactionnel

* Bilinguisme requis ou très bon anglais
