Perlite Assistant Operator
We are currently looking for a Perlite Assistant Operator for our plant located in Baie-Sainte-Anne. In this role, you will be the go-to person ensuring that the perlite operator has everything they need to perform their job efficiently.


JOB SUMMARY:
• Supply equipment with raw materials using a forklift;
• Assist in operating production equipment (perlite furnace);
• Perform minor adjustments during the production process;
• Ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standards;
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow established procedures;
• Good physical condition (manual handling, heat, dust);
• Attention to detail and compliance with instructions;
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

WORKING CONDITIONS :
• Permanent position;
• 40 hours per week;
• Availability to work day, evening and night shifts;
