WORK LOCATION: Administration Buildings, Parks, and Public Spaces, 2550 INDUSTRIAL BLVD Laval H7S 2G7
Performs various installation, inspection, commissioning, and repair work on oil and natural gas heating equipment, including piping, appliances, and other devices necessary for the distribution of fluids and/or the production of mechanical power or heat.
- Hold a diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in plumbing and heating;
- Have at least four (4) years of experience as a journeyman pipefitter, specializing in the installation of heating appliances in plumbing, heating, and gas system maintenance work;
- Must hold a journeyman pipefitter competency certificate, specializing in the installation of heating appliances, issued by the Quebec Construction Commission or Emploi Québec;
- Must hold a qualification certificate in gas appliance technology (TAG-1);
- Must hold a class 5 driver's license compliant with the Quebec Automobile Insurance Corporation;
- Must have training in safety for construction sites (SST).
