Project Assistant

Reporting to the Project Director, the incumbent will help coordinate the unit's activities, ensure follow-ups, and perform all other administrative tasks.

Your mandates, your challenges:

  • Manage all official communications, exchange emails, etc.;
  • File documents;
  • Balance invoices;
  • Invoicing;
  • Purchasing;
  • Plan and manage projects;
  • Collect and monitor accounts receivable;
  • Answer incoming calls;
  • Enter data into various systems;
  • Follow up with clients;
  • Any other related tasks.

Key skills and experience sought:

  • DEP (Diploma of Professional Studies) in office automation or any other relevant training;
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administration;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Organizational skills and autonomy;
  • Ease of working with in-house software;
  • Work ethic;
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written Writing;
  • Proficiency in the Office suite;
  • Team spirit, discretion, and dynamism.
