• Service Excellence: Manage the day-to-day service needs of a commercial portfolio.

• Documentation: Process endorsements, renewals, and certificates with high attention to detail.

• Underwriter Liaison: Communicate with carrier partners to resolve policy issues and secure updates.

• Technical Support: Assist the commercial team with complex policy data management in Applied EPIC.

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial brokerage support.

• Active RIBO license required.

• Proficiency in Applied EPIC.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
