This is an accounting position in a growing Multi-Family Office type company. This position is
an excellent entry point for a candidate who wishes to grow with the company in general. The
candidate will take care of the accounts of certain clients. The candidate will be comfortable
with technological tools and within a small team of professionals.
Position Description:
• Complete accounting cycle
• Entering current transactions in the various accounting software
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparation of accounting entries
• Participation in the preparation of financial statements
• Preparation of installment payments
• Preparation of GST/QST reports
• Preparation of DAS remittances and year-end summaries
• Follow-up of payment schedules
• Participation in the preparation of personal and corporate tax reports
• Payroll management for some customers
Requirements:
• College diploma in administration - accounting option
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm
• Functional spoken and written bilingualism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of CaseWare, DT Max, Quickbooks and Taxprep an asset

Workplace: 1130 Sherbrooke Street West, Montréal – Hybrid formula of remote work and in
office
Salary: From 45,000$ to 60,000$ according to the skills and experience of the candidate
