Adjoint au placement

La personne titulaire de ce poste a pour responsabilité principale le soutien administratif des analystes au placement de sa cellule de travail.

De façon plus spécifique, ton quotidien t’amènera à :

  • Préparer et transmettre des documents destinés aux assurés, prospects ou collaborateurs internes;
  • Effectuer la facturation pour les analystes de sa cellule de travail, faire les vérifications requises et corriger au besoin;
  • Concevoir, rédiger, corriger et mettre en page différents types de documents;
  • Assurer la réception des appels téléphoniques;
  • Toutes autres tâches de soutien administratif connexes.
