Post-Disaster Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager with experience in water damage, fire, or construction. Emergency experience is required.

Responsibilities:

The candidate would be responsible for:

• Receiving emergency files from a disaster
• Visit the damage site promptly
• Taking photos and preparing an incident report
• Preparing work bids and coordinating work once the estimate is accepted.
• Supervising work and tracking budgets
• Coordinating material orders and organizing subcontractors
• Being the point of contact for both the client and the adjusters
• Being available Monday-Friday and on a rotating basis for calls Evenings/Weekends

Qualifications

• Bilingual candidate, oral and written
• Valid driver's license
• Strong computer skills (email, MS Office, etc.)
• Knowledge of insurance software and/or Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Symbility, Encircle, etc.
• Organized individual who can manage multiple files and tight deadlines
• Certified in asbestos, lead, or other fields with IICRC, a great asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Additional Bonus:

• Commission
• Signing Bonus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday + On-call for emergencies

Experience:

• Restoration: 1 year (an asset)
• Xactimate: 1 year (required)
