Customer Satisfaction Representative
We are looking for a Customer Satisfaction Representative for a 3-month contract, a key contact for our internal and external clients. With a smile in your voice, you will be responsible for providing quality services in addition to creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships.


JOB SUMMARY:
• Enter orders and respond to special requests;
• Collaborate with various departments and proactively follow up;
• Act as a point of contact for the sales team, with whom you will work closely;
• Provide exceptional customer service!

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Training in sales, customer service, or another relevant field;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Excellent command of English;
• Proficiency in the Office suite;
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of Spanish (an asset).
