Formateur - Assurance de dommages

Nouveau poste rare en assurance de dommages sur Montréal : Formateur.

L'un des cabinets de courtage en assurance du Québec (top 5) est actuellement à la recherche d'un formateur pour renforcer le support aux courtiers.

Responsabilités :

  • Mise en place du programme de formation des nouveaux courtiers
  • Être maître de stage
  • Créer les support pédagogiques
  • Mettre en place une plateforme d'apprentissage

Profil recherché :

  • Minimum 3 ans en tant que courtier
  • Bonnes connaissance des outls et systèmes de courtage
  • Expérience dans la formation de collègues / d'équipes

Offre :

  • Salaire de base : 70 000 $ - 100 000 $
  • 4 semaines de congés
  • 10 jours mobiles
