Manage daily kiosk operations (prepare the necessary quantities of fruit for the day, receive fruit and supply orders, etc.)
Coach, motivate, and train employees
Provide exceptional customer service
Manage schedules, inventory, and fruit or vegetable orders supplies
Ensure cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with hygiene standards, in accordance with MAPAQ regulations
Perform cash deposits and end-of-day inventory reports
Collaborate with the general manager and owners to optimize sales and the customer experience
Perform kiosk opening and closing
Management or supervisory experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Initiative and ability to resolve issues problems quickly
Punctual, reliable, and autonomous
Bilingual (French and English) — Spanish an asset
Available daytime, evenings, and weekends
