Implementation and training specialist – Technology platform

Job Summary

The Implementation and Training Specialist is responsible for supporting customers and employees in the adoption and optimal use of our shipping and dispatch platform. They ensure the smooth onboarding of new customers, conduct tailored demonstrations, design and deliver training sessions, and create engaging educational content. This role acts as a strategic link between users (internal and external) and the development team to escalate needs, issues, and suggestions for improvement, thus contributing to an optimal user experience and the adoption of our logistics solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding

  • Assist new customers with the configuration and implementation of the platform.
  • Provide personalized onboarding sessions and tailored support to ensure a successful implementation.
  • Carry out the migration of customers from the old platform to the new one in a simple and secure manner.

 

Employee Training

  • Train new employees and existing teams on the use of dispatch and distribution platforms.
  • Design and lead training sessions, live or recorded.
  • Be the internal reference for optimal application use.

Content Creation

  • Produce clear and engaging video tutorials, user guides, and documentation.
  • Regularly update training materials based on platform developments.

Collection and Continuous Improvement

  • Collect and analyze user feedback (customers and employees).
  • Collaborate with product, support, IT, operations, and development teams to improve the user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • DEC in office automation, IT, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English are an asset).
  • Ability to explain technological concepts to different audiences.
  • Experience in client integration, training, technical support, or implementing technological solutions.
  • Ability to create clear educational content (guides, videos, presentations).
  • Good understanding of application technologies and digital environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and organization.
  • Customer focus, listening skills, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Experience in the mail, logistics, or transportation sector (a major asset).
