Maintenance Man (Concierge)

We are looking for people to fill building maintenance positions. Under the supervision of the maintenance director, the people will perform the various tasks related to the maintenance of residential rental buildings. The positions are permanent full-time at a rate of 35 to 40 hours per week.

The person sought is punctual, versatile and able to work quickly but with a superior quality of work. The company offers work clothes. Salary and working conditions are established according to experience and skills. The hourly rate varies from $22 to $30/hr.
