Marketing Assistant
Artemis Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Assistant for a manufacturing company located downtown. This person will support the marketing department with product launches, social media postings, organizing marketing strategies, and more! Salary: 65K
Benefits: Permanent position, hybrid after the training period (2 days in office), on-site parking, group insurance, flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage content and assets needed per retail channel, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Coordinate license applications for collateral materials in line with licensor guidelines.
  • Organize marketing samples for programs, photoshoots, and media/influencer campaigns.
  • Assist in building a social media calendar and creating social media content.
  • Support the customer service team with research and maintain the knowledge base.
  • Create style guides, creative briefs, and conduct competitive analysis and research.
  • Implement Enhanced Content for key retail partners and ensure website updates are accurate.
  • Proofread content to meet standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain well-organized marketing files and handle various administrative tasks for the department.

Skills/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe; WordPress, Squarespace, Joomla, and Zendesk is a plus.
