PROGRAMMER-ANALYST/TEAM LEADER

Awee inc. is looking for a programmer-analyst with multidisciplinary skills to evolve and grow within our development team.

Montreal and Laval, Quebec, Canada

Workplace: mostly remote work

Role

• Act as the software development resource for management.
• Managing a small team of developers (3-5 people).
• Produce documentation of requirements, analysis, solutions and tests.
• Actively contribute to the architecture and design of solutions.
• Produce clear and reusable code while adhering to secure programming practices.
• Perform unit and functional tests.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Participate in writing detailed documents for R & D.

Experience and skills

• Experience in an Agile team (Scrum/Kanban);
• Comfortable with JIRA;
• Good experience with React;
• Good experience with Microsoft and Google infrastructures;
• Good experience in .NET Back-End development (REST, Spring Boot, Apache CXF, microservices, SOAP, etc.);
• Comfortable with DevOps tools;
• Knowledge of web and mobile development, an asset.
• Understanding of Kubernetes containerization technologies an asset.
• Experience in artificial intelligence an asset.
• Knowledge of Unity a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Google, AWS, Azure).

Profile

• DEC or Bac l, information systems, programming or any combination of training and relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of programming experience.
• Interest in cybersecurity.
• Leadership.
• Spirit of initiative.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong team spirit.
