Role and Mission

The Project Coordinator ensures the planning, coordination, and complete monitoring of projects from the initial client file to delivery and after-sales support.
They act as a central hub between the client, design, estimation, production, and logistics, while ensuring the maintenance of an excellent business relationship 🤝.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of projects from their confirmation and support the client throughout the entire process.

• Ensure coordination between departments (drafting, estimating, production, purchasing, transport).

• Validate plans, concepts, and technical requirements related to wood and/or steel structures 🏗️.

• Plan schedules and ensure adherence to production and delivery deadlines.

• Manage communications with clients, contractors, professionals, and partners.

• Negotiate and align expectations when technical, financial, or operational challenges arise.

• Handle adjustments, special requests, and unforeseen events during the project.

• Ensure rigorous monitoring of project costs and parameters.

• Perform after-sales follow-up and maintain a lasting relationship of trust with clients ✨.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and work methods.
