Business Development Manager (Toronto or Vancouver)

Maison Riviera, an innovative agri-food company committed to quality and well-being, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for managing and developing our retail customers in Ontario and Western Canada, while maintaining key relationships with our major distributors.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for our retail customers in Ontario and Western Canada.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with two major distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Coach, support and mobilize a team of two sales representatives based in Toronto and Vancouver.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to launch new products and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present market analyses, sales forecasts and action plans to management.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales management, ideally in the retail sector.
  • Fluent in English, French is a strong asset.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a telework environment.
  • Mobility required for occasional travel.
