LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
As a LOGISTICS Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the daily activities of our operational team. You will play a key role in optimizing our processes and achieving our production objectives.
Main responsibilities
- Supervise, train and motivate your team
- Plan and organize work schedules and team rotations
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and productivity standards
- Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes
- Manage material and human resources effectively
- Resolve daily operational problems
- Maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- College diploma in operations management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience supervising a team in a manufacturer
- Excellence in leadership and communication
- Proficiency in common computer tools
- French, functional English (communication with other factories)
