System and Infrastructure Administrator (Expertise in Cisco UCS, Linux & Citrix)

Techso is looking to expand its IT team. You will be working as a System & Infrastructure Administrator to meet the needs of our customers based in Montreal or in Canada.

Responsabilities:

• Manage, optimize, and maintain server infrastructures and virtualized systems, with a particular focus on Cisco UCS and Linux environments
• Design, deploy, and administer Citrix architectures (XenApp, XenDesktop, etc.) tailored to the company’s needs, ensuring security and stability across environments
• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams, particularly for Level 3 incidents, and assist with the evolution of Citrix solutions
• Collaborate with IT project teams to define and implement innovative and strategic solutions
• Establish security and performance procedures, along with best practices, to ensure system efficiency and stability

Required skills:

• Proven expertise in administering and optimizing server infrastructures, with in-depth knowledge of Cisco UCS, Linux systems, and Citrix solutions = 6 years
• Strong experience in virtualized environments and managing complex architectures
• Ability to resolve advanced technical issues and efficiently handle Level 3 incidents
• Technical certifications (Cisco, Linux, Citrix) are highly preferred
• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with various IT teams and partners on strategic projects
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken, as some of your customers will be English-speaking or French speaking
