Supervising technician in ventilation system sanitation

My client is a company in ventilation cleaning/sanitation for nearly 30 years in Montreal and is looking for a sanitation technician supervisor for various commercial, government and residential buildings.

Starting at $25 to $35. We have a base salary plus commission generally for the supervisor technician. Salary revised according to skills. Full-time, permanent position.

We are looking for a bilingual French and English candidate because we carry out work in Quebec in bilingual communities.

High level, serious, autonomous and responsible with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field to fill a team leader technician position.

EXPERIENCE IN THE VENTILATION FIELD

• residential, commercial and institutional. NADCA certification, an asset
• Install on-site the necessary equipment for cleaning the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system to ensure air quality at the customer's premises.
• Follow the instructions according to the plans and instructions of the site manager.
• Clean ducts, pipes and filters using hand tools and industrial vacuum cleaners. Use specialized robotic and technological equipment as well as hand tools. For cleaning the interior of ventilation ducts and HVAC systems.
• Photograph and film the deficiencies noted or the work carried out if necessary for the reports.
• Use a lifting platform if necessary to work at height. Clean work area and load equipment into truck.
