Your Responsibilities

As a server or waitress, you will be an ambassador of the Œuf et Cie experience. Your main tasks include:

• Guest Greeting: Warmly greet guests, present the menu, and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Advice and Suggestions: Answer questions and offer tailored recommendations, including food and beverage pairings.
• Order Taking: Accurately record guests' choices and efficiently transmit orders to the kitchen.
• Table Service: Serve food, drinks, and house specialties quickly, courteously, and professionally.
• Cash Collection: Present the bill, process payments accurately, and ensure careful follow-up.
• Service Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of tables and premises, contributing to a pleasant environment for customers.

Required profile

• Restaurant experience (an asset, but training is available).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player, reliability, and punctuality.
• Pure presentation and a positive attitude.
