TAX LAWYER / NOTARY – REAL ESTATE AND COMMERCIAL

Reporting to the partner in charge of the business law department, the tax lawyer or notary is responsible for taking charge of the files and carrying out the mandates entrusted to him. As such, he knows how to manage several files at the same time while respecting the agreed deadlines, while offering personalized and quality service to each of his clients. In accordance with the Firm's internal policies and its ethical obligations, he manages his files, reports to the responsible partner on request, collaborates with other professionals, delegates certain tasks falling within the purview of legal technicians and assistants and ensures supervision and legal review of their work. He is also actively involved in business development and participates in client recruitment and outreach activities for the firm.

Your experience:

• Real estate and commercial law;
• Planning of corporate structures;
• Drafting of diversified agreements according to the personalized needs of our customers;

You are:

• Member of the Bar or the Chamber of Notaries

You have:

• 5 to 10 years of experience
• DESS or master's degree in taxation
• Interest in teamwork
