CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

About Giverny Capital

A wealth management firm with a truly long-term investment horizon.

Giverny Capital is a Montreal-based investment advisor specializing in private wealth management that also offers financial planning services. Our investment philosophy is long-term fundamental analysis.

We consider those who entrust us with the management of their investments as partners, rather than merely clients. Our approach is to acquire for these cherished partners the same holdings that we rigorously choose for the personal portfolio of our lead manager and founder, François Rochon (the Rochon Global portfolio). Doing what we say and saying what we do is a maxim that is ingrained within our firm.

Culture, Mission, and Values

Values that guide our actions: Performance, Integrity, & Rigour

To help our clients achieve their financial goals in a professional, safe, and transparent environment. It is by taking the time to select our holdings carefully and by demonstrating exemplary patience that we have succeeded in achieving our long-term return objectives. While many grow impatient and opt for shortcuts, we maintain a steadfast approach in our noble quest for wealth creation. Giverny Capital remains faithful to its investment strategy, which has remained unchanged since its inception.
