Your responsibilities in a nutshell!

Plan, coordinate and verify activities related to general accounting, as well as the preparation of financial and tax reports - Prepare the necessary documents for revisions of accounting reports grants - Develop internal financial statements - Direct staff under your responsibility - Collaborate in compiling files for end-of-year audits - Contribute to the development of the annual budget and compare forecasts with achievements - Manage financial transactions between the organization and its foundation - Conduct financial analyzes for budgetary monitoring of the various services - Ensure the replacement of other members of the team in their absence - Maintain order and archiving of accounting and administrative files - Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Continuously improve the department's processes and procedures - Support management in various mandates and special projects - Accomplish all other tasks related to the function p>

Your assets for this position!

  • BAC in accounting and CPA title (asset )
  • Experience with the full accounting cycle including budget
  • Knowledge in accountability or/and project management
  • Ability to supervise a person
  • Advanced capability of Microsoft suite software Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in oral and in writing
