Nous recherchons une personne passionnée par la vente, motivée par les chiffres et les objectifs, et dotée d’une aisance naturelle pour les atteindre.

💼 Description du poste: 
Nos courtiers vendeurs sont connectés à une ligne DAA pour gérer des appels entrants – aucune sollicitation requise.

💻 Mode de travail hybride : 2 jours en présentiel, 3 jours en télétravail 

Location: Un choix de plus de 22 succursales a travers Montreal et Quebec que vous pouvez choisir !! 


🗣 Bilinguisme requis (Francais + Anglais, UN MUST)


⏳ Horaire fixe : 37,5 heures par semaine (08:30 - 17:00, sans flexibilité)

✅ Expérience exigée : Minimum 2 ans en assurance de dommages des particuliers au niveau du courtage.

💰 Rémunération

  • Commissions : 24% sur les nouvelles affaires vendues 
  • Salaire de base : Entre 50K et 68K + commissions+ BONUS+ Prime anglophone disponible
