Your team :

As an application project developer, you'll work as part of an agile, multidisciplinary team specializing in manufacturing projects, in close collaboration with our internal partners - the manufacturing plants in Michelin's off-highway business line.

Your role :

As part of the IT Project Manager's team, you will contribute daily to agile & Lean values such as cooperation, transparency, courage and humility to foster teamwork. You'll be constantly thinking about how to become more efficient, to simplify production lines and participate in updating IT standards.  The successful candidate will also participate in the projects of other delivery teams, some of which are in Asia.

We need you for :

• Analyze the business needs of different functional areas.
• Design development specifications and develop and test solutions.
• Provide SAP expertise and configure system modules.
• Participate in various project activities, such as solution design, testing phases, training and documentation updates.
• Acquire new general and technical skills to strengthen your ability to design various IT solutions.
• Implement automation for component testing and deployment and be able to rapidly deliver incremental functionality.

What do you need to possess for being successful ?

• You have a college diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, business computing or a related discipline, with at least two years' experience as an ABAPER or developer.
• You are comfortable working in a bilingual environment (French and English), so you can communicate orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.
• You have a good knowledge of SAP's PP and QM modules, as well as the basics of the FI/CO, MM and SD modules.
• You can make yourself available early in the morning to work with localized teams in Asia, and you have a spirit of collaboration and customer service-oriented skills.
• You have problem-solving and decision-making skills, organizational skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
