Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join a company in crossance

Our client is a leader in its market with an international presence

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers (+/- 30%0 and developing strong relationships with existing customers (+/- 70%). Your role will be to identify growth opportunities, create effective sales strategies and promote our products or services.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers
  • Prospect for new potential customers and generate sales leads.
  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions adapted to their objectives sales.
  • Present and promote services and products in a compelling manner.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close agreements with customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Participate in professional events and trade shows
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve goals fixed.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Results-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Valid driver's license and car (a car allowance will be provided)
  • Bilingualism an asset (French and English speaking clientele)
