Driver - class 1

We are looking forUS Truck Drivers to join the team!

Full-time position, 2-3 shifts per week.
Rateof 0.57/mile including2000 mile premium.
2019 Freightleiner Cascadia automatic trucks.

Kaayu is currently looking for Class 1 Truck Drivers to deliver on the US East Coast (Pennsylvania, New Jersey and returns to the Port of Willmington), with a temperature-controlled container or trailer (reefer).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Transport various dry goods and/or refrigerated goods according to applicable safety standards;
• Complete the various required reports;
• Ensure that the truck is safe before taking the road;
• Ensure customer satisfaction;
• Perform general maintenance inside the truck at the end of each shift;
• Comply with all necessary transport standards and ensure compliance with the Highway Code at all times;
• Perform any other tasks related.

Skills sought

• Driving experience of 1 year or more
• Excellent driving record
• No criminal history
• Reefer experience an asset
• 25 years minimum

Commissions

• Bonus after 2000 miles.
