Electrical estimator

We are looking for a talented electrical estimator to join our experienced team.

Your role

As an electrical estimator, you will be responsible for preparing responses to calls for tenders, under the supervision of the President. You will work alongside project managers to effectively convey strategic information at the beginning of the project and provide assistance throughout the project to evaluate the Change Directives submitted by clients.

Main tasks:

• Establish quantity calculations based on bid plans
• Research pricing from suppliers
• Establish costs associated with bids
• Perform any other related tasks

Responsibilities:

• Deliver bids on time
• With the assistance of project managers, validate the productivity rates used in bids
• Develop new methods and tools to improve bid response times

Requirements and Skills :

• Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including excellent knowledge of Excel
• Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
• Spoken and written French

Salary and conditions to be discussed based on experience and training

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
