HR Manager

As a Human Resources Manager within the Riviera team, you will play a key role in supporting management and employees by contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives from a human perspective. You will be the driving force behind HR initiatives, talent development, and organizational culture and values. Thanks to your strong interpersonal skills and passion for people, you will support the company's growth and adaptation so that it excels in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior management, executives, and managers to implement strategies related to recruitment, talent development, compensation, health and safety, culture, and leadership.

  • Support managers in the management and development of their teams, as well as in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Lead and implement strategic initiatives that have a lasting impact on the performance of managers and employees.

  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with senior management to translate the strategy into action.

    Organizational change through concrete and effective actions. Provide consultative support on complex labor relations issues, foster communication, and resolve conflicts. Analyze, propose, and present key performance indicators to track progress and support strategic decisions. Work collaboratively with other HR partners to ensure a consistent service offering and share best practices. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (labor standards, health and safety, data protection, etc.). Job Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or business partnerships. University degree in human resources or Equivalent training.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.

  • Expertise in payroll, benefits, and employee relations, including conflict management.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to lead initiatives and navigate complex and changing environments.

  • Leadership, influence, and a collaborative spirit.

  • Strong organizational skills, effective planning, and comfort in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
