Payroll Clerk

Located in Boisbriand, this company is looking for the services of a payroll technician for approximately 200 employees.  Indeed, the ideal person to fill this position will have a good knowledge of Canadian pay.   You will have the chance to work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.

Duties and Responsibilities

-              Perform payroll data entry and transfer to ADP

-              Answer employee questions

-              Enforce government regulations (Canadian and provincial)

-              Make changes to employee profiles (vacation, salary adjustment, bonuses, taxable benefits, etc.)

-              Verify and validate timesheets

-              Generate and prepare payroll reports

-              Balance T4s and RL-1s

Qualifications

-              DEC in administrative techniques or equivalent

-              2 to 3 years of payroll experience

-              Knowledge of an ADP payroll system, a strong asset

-              Good bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)

-              Great discretion and initiative
