Payroll Agent

Performs, according to established standards and procedures, various tasks related to the processing of data necessary for the payroll of municipal employees. Performs, within the limits of their responsibilities, various calculation and control operations to ensure compensation in accordance with collective agreements and working conditions.

• Professional Studies Diploma (DEP) in accounting or any other related training;
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in payroll processing, ideally in a unionized environment;
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel;
• Very good command of oral and written French;
• Knowledge of the Kronos application will be considered an asset;
• Membership in the Canadian Payroll Association will be considered an asset.
