Required Profile:

We are expanding our NeoTeam and are looking for someone who is passionate about the client experience. As an External Family Law Lawyer, you will play a vital role in the access to justice revolution.

If you are:
- Member of the Quebec Bar for 0 to 5 years.
- On the grounds that we serve both an English-speaking and a French-speaking clientele: be bilingual.
- Available for a full-time or part-time partnership;
- Comfortable with technology and able to work remotely;
- Practical experience in family law;
- Able to explain complex legal concepts in plain language;
- With excellent customer service skills. In order to deliver a NeoWow experience!

Your NeoTasks:

- Provide remote legal advice and support to Neolegal clients;
- Draft, generate and review legal documents such as formal notices, joint or contested court applications, support determination forms, and more;
- Act as a NeoGuide to navigate clients through the stages of a family dispute;
- Carry out research mandates and legal opinions;
- Conduct negotiation mandates;
- Provide additional services on a case-by-case basis, as agreed with Neolegal, and in accordance with the lawyer's ability to provide them.
