The building maintenance attendant is responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of buildings.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure basic maintenance and the proper functioning of various systems such as electricity, heating, plumbing, piping, air conditioning, ventilation, and compressors.
Carry out minor renovations and repairs such as painting, plastering, plumbing, ceramics, and carpentry.
Repair and maintain buildings and facilities on a daily basis.
Ensure the interior and exterior maintenance of buildings, grounds, and parking lots.
Ensure the Ensure proper functioning of emergency equipment and systems (restrooms, faucets, doors and emergency exits, etc.);
Make required purchases and errands;
Comply with the company's occupational health and safety standards;

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Hold a vocational diploma in building maintenance (an asset).
Hold a competency card in one or more construction-related fields (an asset).
Knowledge of electricity is essential.
Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position.
Hold a valid driver's license and a good driving record. driving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
