Carpenter-Joiner Foreman/Team Leader

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to lead our construction sites and ensure the quality of our work. If you are a respected leader, with strong team spirit and solid field experience, this position is for you.

Duties:
As a Foreman / Team Leader, you will be responsible for the organization and smooth running of field work. You will ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality and safety standards.
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead and supervise a team of several skilled workers on site
• Assign tasks according to skills and priorities, ensuring proper resource management
• Proactively resolve technical or organizational issues in the field
• Coordinate with the project manager to ensure work progresses according to schedule
• Manage materials, tools, and subcontractors, respecting budgets and deadlines
• Monitor the quality of work completed and ensure safety on site
• Actively participate in ongoing training and team development

Required profile :

• Journeyman Carpenter, with an orientation towards site management
• Significant experience  in residential renovations or extensions
• Natural leadership, ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent understanding of construction stages and plans
• Skills in site management, effective task allocation and priority management
• Good communication skills with various stakeholders (team, design office, clients, etc.)
• Strong decision-making skills on the ground, with a pragmatic approach
• Respect for the chain of command and professional rigor
